The .ec domain, which belongs to Ecuador, will soon become available at the 2nd-level, enabling you to register domain directly under the .ec suffix (eg. yourcompany.ec). Previously it has only been possible to register names at the 3rd-level (e.g. com.ec, net.ec, org.ec).
