  • a registration document of your company at the authorities of your country
  • or: a registration document of your company in Turkey
  • or: a trade mark document
  • or: a document, which proofs, that you are using the domain name as service trade mark.

    The domain name must be identical with your company's name or the notion in the trade mark document.

    You can register at web.tr and gen.tr without any restrictions.

    Individuals and legal entities will be able to register Turkish character (g, i, �, s, �, �) encoded domain names.Registrations are to be started on December 4th, 2006.

    The owners of registered ".tr" domain names will be able to apply for the Turkish representation of their ascii (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) encoded domain names until March 4th, 2007. (The applications will be assessed based on the documents submitted previously and therefore, there will be no documents required during registration). From the foregoing date onwards, -on the ground of the current rules and regulations- all applications for Turkish internet addresses will be registered on the basis of "first come first served" policy without regard to the ownership and contact information of the existing domain names.
