Free Pre-Registration of Gay-Domains

The ICANN process of introducing new top level domains continues.

The General Availability of the gay-domain is postponed because of the corona crisis, probably to middle of September. The Gay-Domain owns a special Sunrise Period II, at which owners of trade marks, which are not registered at the Tradmark Clearinghaus, may register Gay-Domains. The Sunrise II will open as planned on April 6. The registry will leave it open through August, a week ahead of of the Early Access Period. At the Sunrise Period II of the Gay-Domains from April 6th to the end of August, the owners of registered trademarks can apply, even if their trademark is not registered at the Trademark Clearinghouse.

A standard Gay-Domain costs 2490 US-Dollar at the sunrise period. It is renewed annually for the same amount.

Early Access Period

Your company name is not registered as a trademark or your trademark, which you use, is unregistered. The Early Access Period of Gay-Domains is made for you at this case. You can register your domain name prior the others, which use the General Availabilty. The Early Access Period works as a "dutch auction". Registration prices start higher and then decrease daily. The general availability of the Gay-Domains begins on September.

You can pre-register your name at the Gay-Domain here. Pre-registration is free, but mandatory. If we secure the name you want, you will have to pay the domain fee.

Each standard Gay-Domain costs 45 US-Dollar/year at the general availability.

The registry donates 20% of its income to the partner organizations GLAAD and CenterLink.
